Ferro Corp. recently announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Peter T. Thomas president and CEO, effective immediately. Thomas had served as interim president and CEO since November 2012; he previously held the position of operating vice president, Polymer and Ceramic Engineered Materials. William B. Lawrence, who had served as acting chairman of the Board since November 2012, has been named chairman of the Board.
