The Adhesive and Sealant Council (ASC) recently announced that Mark Plante, director of North American Sales for Kraton, has joined its Board of Directors. Plante has been with Kraton for over three years, managing the sales and commercial aspects of this business in North and South America. Prior to Kraton, he spent eight years in Avery Dennison’s Performance Polymers Division as Global Sales manager.

“Mark will be a great asset to the ASC Board, given his years of experience and knowledge of the raw material markets, as well as formulation strategies,’” said Matthew E. Croson, president of the ASC. “We look forward to engaging with Mark as we leverage his background to move the council forward with new value propositions currently being considered as part of a long-range planning process.”
