Precision Specialties recently announced it has acquired Palm Labs Adhesives LLC, a technology-based company that develops, manufactures, and markets specialty adhesives and sealants. Palm Labs Adhesives, established in 1998, has a technology center in Hilton Head, S.C., and a manufacturing operation in Debary, Fla. The acquisition reportedly expands Precision Specialties’ product capabilities to include threadlockers; bearing and shaft retaining compounds; and other proprietary adhesives for medical, industrial, and commercial applications.
