RPM International Inc. recently made several personnel announcements. Kenneth M. Armstrong has been promoted to the position of senior director of Environmental, Health and Safety. He is responsible for the protection of RPM’s assets, including property, plants and equipment, as well as the safety of its employees. He previously served as director of Environmental, Health and Safety since joining RPM in 2006.

Carrie Rogers has been hired as senior internal auditor. She previously served for three years as an accountant at Bober, Markey, Fedorovich & Co., where she assisted in audits and financial statement preparation.

Justin Williams has been named global tax manager in the company’s Corporate Tax Group. Prior to joining RPM, he worked in the Corporate Tax practice at Ernst & Young LLP.
