RPM International Inc. recently announced nine personnel promotions. The company has promoted Rob Antonelli to director of consolidation systems; Ben Curtis to internal audit supervisor; Alecia Dailide to manager of legal and secretarial services; Sanja Drobnjak to senior internal auditor; Malorie Duff to senior financial analyst; Tammy Kleckner to director of infrastructure support; Cosmina Pop to senior internal auditor; Mark Rankin to director of digital services; and Rob Soisson to senior software developer.
As director of consolidation systems, Antonelli is responsible for managing RPM’s FRM consolidation system, which he helped to implement. Previously, Antonelli has served as manager of consolidation systems and financial analyst.
In the position of internal audit supervisor, Curtis is responsible for planning and leading audit engagements at the operating companies and evaluating RPM’s controls over third-party service organizations. He also develops and trains audit staff and interns. Curtis has previously served as senior internal auditor, staff auditor and intern in the Internal Audit department.
As manager of legal and secretarial services, Dailide is responsible for a variety of tasks, including state filings, anti-boycott reporting, litigation holds, quarterly litigation status reports, the corporate secretarial database and special projects.
Drobnjak is responsible for planning and leading audit engagements as senior internal auditor, which includes supervising audit staff and interns. She will also lead operating companies in documenting the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls.
As senior financial analyst, Duff supports the administration of RPM’s consolidation systems and provides financial management at the operating company level. Before joining RPM’s Corporate Finance department in 2011, she was an intern in the Internal Audit department.
Serving as director of infrastructure support, Kleckner is responsible for managing the networking and data center infrastructure. She also coordinates the annual IT operations meetings. Previously, she has served as desktop support, network administrator and manager of data center operations.
In her role of senior internal auditor, Pop is responsible for planning and leading audit engagements, which includes supervising audit staff and interns. She also leads all Latin American audits for the company. She previously served as staff auditor.
As director of digital services, Rankin is responsible for managing RPM’s IT digital marketing, development and enterprise applications teams. He also coordinates the annual digital marketing meeting. In the past, he served in various management and intern roles.
In the position of senior software developer, Soisson is responsible for supporting more than 100 websites and applications hosted in RPM’s data center. Previously, he has served as a junior software developer.
