This company has introduced a new edition to its ElectroForce load frame product portfolio. The ElectroForce 3310 is a 1,000 N test instrument that can offer dynamic performance and versatility.
Every ElectroForce test instrument has a patented, friction-free electromagnetic actuator that reportedly results in a durable test instrument that can perform tests for billions of cycles. The 3310 is suitable for testing a range of materials or components, including elastomers, composites, biomaterials, and medical devices.
Enhancing the 3310’s performance envelope is the ability to add a torsion actuator, which allows the user to perform simultaneous axial-torsion tests. Alternatively, an extended stroke (ES) actuator, which increases the static testing capabilities of the test instrument by 150 mm, can be added for additional testing flexibility.
