Chromaflo Technologies recently announced the additions and role changes of several team members. Dean Doza will serve as vice president and managing director, Americas. In this role, he will be responsible for the overall success of the region’s business and growth strategy. Doza most recently served as Valvoline’s vice president for Core North America.

Brij Mohal, Ph.D., will serve as vice president of Innovation & Technology. In this role, Mohal will focus on systematically improving existing global product performance and developing next-generation product lines throughout the product portfolio.

Jolyon Stickels will serve as director of Mergers & Acquisitions for EMEA. In this role, he is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and determining the feasibility of potential merger and acquisitions targets within the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He will also facilitate continued growth and profitability through selective acquisitions, driving the region’s merger and acquisitions strategy. Stickels has been a consultant for Chromaflo since 2015.

Frank Huynen, Chromaflo’s global director of Procurement, will now have direct global responsibility of the regional procurement and category managers.

Kamilah King, currently serving as Supply Chain manager, will now oversee customer service, planning, and scheduling for three major manufacturing sites in North America.

Ivone Beato, currently Commercial manager, will now oversee the pricing and business analytics team, supporting Thermosets & Coatings, Americas.

Fernando Rodriguez will be responsible for the overall management of thermoset and coatings products that are sold in Northern Mexico through market development and conversion of primary sales targets. In addition, he will be in charge of managing the distribution network in his territory. Rodriguez most recently served as a sales manager at Derivados Quimicos Y Manufactura.

Dan Santos will serve as Technical Service representative for Thermosets & Coatings, Queretaro, Mexico. In this role, Santos is responsible for providing technical support to the thermoset and coatings businesses. His role directly interfaces with customers to determine opportunities and problems in satisfying customer needs. Santos most recently served as Application Technology manager for Siegwerk.
