B2B Training Workshop: Gaining Competitive Advantage through Customer Insights

Liam Fahey, fellow with the Institute for the Study of Business Markets, will lead a B2B Training Workshop focused on “Gaining Competitive Advantage through Customer Insights” at the Chicago Hilton on Monday, April 20, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The workshop will cover information such as:
- Preparing for insight work
- Crafting change insight (e.g., customer insight, competitor insight, marketplace insight)
- Crafting implication insights (high-level organization implications)
- Determining business implications (e.g., strategy, operations, leadership)
