The Pressure Sensitive Tape Council (PSTC) recently announced that its board of directors has decided to cancel Tape Week, which had been planned for May 4-7 in Orlando, Fla. Full refunds will be issued to everyone who had registered for the event, including exhibitors and sponsors. According to the PSTC, this process will be automatic and does not require confirmation of cancellation.

“It is our priority, and the priority of everyone, to follow guidelines and recommendations from the CDC, WHO and our local and federal government to play our part in social distancing to help offset and decrease the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19),” the PSTC said in a statement.

The PSTC reports that it is working to rebook the event at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace for the same time next year. Existing reservations should be cancelled directly with the Hilton.
