Graco Inc. recently announced that Brett C. Carter has been appointed a member of its board of directors, effective February 11, 2021. Carter has served as executive vice president and chief customer and innovation officer of Xcel Energy Inc. since May 2018. Prior to that, he was senior vice president and shared services executive of Bank of America from October 2015 to May 2018, and senior vice president and chief operating officer of Bank of America from March 2015 to October 2015. Before joining Bank of America, Carter held several leadership roles at Duke Energy Co.
