tesa tape, inc. recently announced that Daniel Germain has been appointed regional manager, tesa North America. In this role, Germain will lead the company's business and operations for Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. He most recently served as regional manager, tesa Western Europe, where he led a major initiative to optimize tesa core business areas across geographical boundaries to enhance the customer experience. Previously, he served as regional manager for tesa Asia, where he drove consistent above-market growth for five years.

Germain joined tesa in 1986 as a product manager in Sparta, Mich., and has since held roles of increasing responsibility with many years of demonstrated success as a business leader. In addition to a variety of global leadership roles, his previous experience includes an assignment as regional manager for tesa North America from 2004-2012.

Germain succeeds Paul Sullivan, who is taking over a new role as head of growth markets in North America.
