dar-tech, inc. recently announced that Marcia Karwowski joined the company as a customer service representative in April 2021. She is responsible for processing orders, developing standard operating procedures, implementing systems projects, and supporting customer needs.

Karwowski reportedly has extensive experience in project management and logistics solutions, as well as a deep understanding of the coatings industry from 13 years in a prior role as an implementation project manager with PPG Industries. She also teaches courses in economics and business with the University of Akron. Karwowski has a master's degree in business administration and management from Case Western University and a bachelor's in business administration and computer management from Baldwin Wallace University.
