Ellsworth Corp. recently announced that it has acquired Elk Grove Village, Ill.-based TapeCase Ltd. According to Ellsworth, TapeCase’s converting services and tape offerings will complement its existing portfolio of products and services, which includes B2B distribution of adhesives and specialty chemicals, dispensing equipment, custom formulation, and repackaging.
