PRO-SET Formulated Resin Systems LLC  recently announced the acquisition of Universal Chemicals and Coatings, Inc. 

Expanding its global manufacturing network, Sika has opened five new sites located in the United States, Argentina, Colombia, Bangladesh, and Tanzania.

The acquired company is a player in high-performance specialty coatings for flexible materials active across the automotive, fashion and lifestyle, and packaging markets.
