Makarand (Mak) Gawade joined EPS as the Global Marketing Director in October 2023. He has over 18 years of progressive experience in developing and executing global strategic marketing initiatives in B2B Specialty Polymers, Chemical Ingredients, and catalyst technologies across a wide array of market verticals.

Mak holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pune, India; an MBA in Global Strategic Marketing from Thunderbird School of Business at Arizona State University, Arizona; and an MBA in Operational Effectiveness from Ottawa University,
