Aditya Birla Group to Buy Cargill Facility in Dalton, Georgia
Aditya Birla Group has agreed to purchase Cargill’s specialty chemicals business based in Dalton, Georgia. Aditya Birla Group intends to expand the facility’s capacity over the next two years and will continue to manufacture the business’ current output of formulated resins, curing agents, reactive diluents, and polyaspartic resins.
