Fallon and Devonport Join ChemQuest

The ChemQuest Group recently announced that Cynthia Fallon, Ph.D., and Wayne Devonport, Ph.D., have joined the firm and will serve as vice presidents. Both will support global clients in projects that span the firm’s service offerings.
Fallon is an organic chemist with more than 35 years of experience in the chemical industry, having served in multiple capacities in R&D, new product development, scale-up, quality control, and operations with E.I. DuPont and Chemours. As a global innovation leader and Six Sigma Master Black Belt, she has guided cross-functional teams spanning multiple markets, accelerating commercialization and profitable growth.
Recently, Fallon has focused on helping emerging companies translate technical advances into market success through disciplined innovation and strategic execution. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from James Madison University and a doctorate in organic chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Devonport is a strategic and customer-oriented leader with global experience building high-performing innovation and R&D teams and delivering profitable growth in the chemical manufacturing industry. Over the course of his career, with companies such as Penn Color, Axalta Coating Systems, Arkema Coating Resins, and Rohm and Haas/Dow Chemical, Devonport developed an extensive background in polymer synthesis, formulation, structure-property relationships, and materials science.
Devonport has a proven track record of success in shaping technology strategies and developing differentiated product portfolios and intellectual property aligned to market needs and profitability goals. He holds a Bachelor of Science in chemistry and chemical technology from the University of Bradford, as well as a doctorate in chemistry from the University of Durham.
