Global consulting firm The ChemQuest Group announced that Sanjay Luthra has joined the firm as a director.

Luthra is a seasoned marketing and sales executive with over 30 years of success in the specialty chemicals industry. In roles with companies like Arkema, Imerys, Vinavil Americas, EPS-Materials, Allnex, and Bayer, he has negotiated over $750 million in supply agreements, launched 15+ market-leading products (generating $20 million in annual revenue), and consistently driven growth in coatings, adhesives, sealants, and construction materials.

With technical expertise spanning polyurethane systems, acrylics and other polymers, pigments, and mineral technologies, Luthra has developed the insight to identify and scale climate-adaptive solutions in real-world applications. He holds a B.S. from St. Stephens College at Delhi University, an M.S. in chemistry from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro, and an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.
