Excelitas has expanded its Phoseon® VeriCure™ water-cooled UV LED curing system with four new wide-format lengths – 750 mm, 900 mm, 1050 mm and 1200 mm. The lamps are designed to meet the demanding UV curing requirements of high-speed industrial coating and printing applications.

Each VeriCure lamp features a unique SLM array design, combined with a patented high-efficiency cooling system, delivering high optical power and outstanding dose performance that enables faster process speeds and greater product throughput. The added lengths join the 1350 mm configuration, giving manufacturers a wide selection of emission widths to support varying process requirements across wood and MDF processing, flooring, metal coating and a wide range of commercial printing applications.
