ChemQuest Announces New Member of Leadership Team

The ChemQuest Group recently announced the appointment of Sabina Chatterjee to the firm’s leadership team as executive vice president. Based in New York City, Chatterjee will be responsible for driving growth in the Business Strategy & Transformation and M&A Advisory pillars at ChemQuest.
A finance executive who has followed the chemicals industry for 20 years, Chatterjee brings to ChemQuest expertise in capital markets, transactional advisory, and strategic positioning. In her new role, she will work closely with Chairman Daniel Murad and CEO Robert Lovegrove to fuel the firm’s expansion in advisory services.
Murad commented, “I’ve known Sabina for decades — she is an industry veteran with established relationships, and I’m thrilled to welcome her to our executive team during this next phase of accelerated growth. Her accomplished background provides a sophisticated financial lens to complement our core consulting strengths. As I think back over the 2,000+ assignments and 200+ successful deals we’ve supported, I’m excited to see how Sabina will contribute in building the M&A advisory engine for our next chapter.”
Prior to joining ChemQuest, Chatterjee served as managing director in Investment Banking at Wells Fargo, where she spent 15 years across roles that also spanned equity research and sustainable finance. A chemical engineer by training, Chatterjee spent time in manufacturing and procurement at Colgate-Palmolive. She holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS/BE from New York University and Stevens Institute of Technology.
