Amrize Names New President, Building Envelope
Mario Gross is the new president, Building Envelope, for Amrize. The appointment became effective September 11, 2026. Gross succeeds Jake Gosa, who is stepped down from the role and is committed to a smooth transition.
Gross has been a member of Amrize’s Executive Committee as its chief supply chain officer since the company’s listing on the New York Stock Exchange in June 2025. He previously served as chief operating officer of the Building Envelope business from 2024 to 2025. Prior to that, Gross served in various commercial and operational roles of increasing responsibility at Holcim and Sika.
