CORETEC PURCHASES CIMNET SYSTEMS' ENGENIX

Cimnet Systems, Inc. has announced a sale of Engenix and Paradigm software to Toronto-based Coretec, Inc. "Coretec is one of our long-standing customers and we are delighted to have the opportunity to deepen our partnership in helping Coretec expand their business while bringing advanced levels of automation to their global operation," said Mehul Davé, president and CEO of Cimnet Systems, Inc. "It's gratifying to see one of our North American customers continue to grow in the face of stiff competition." Paul Langston, president and CEO of Coretec, commented: "We decided to adopt Cimnet's advanced rules-based technology in order to bring more automation into our front-end engineering while having seamless integration into our back-end systems.
