Wilmington, Del. -- Hercules Inc. has given a new name - Pinova - to its Rosin and Terpene Specialties Division. The business was separated in 2001 from the company's Resins Division, portions of which were divested by Hercules. The Pinova unit is a supplier of rosin and terpene chemicals for use in various markets, and is Hercules' oldest business, dating to 1920. Pinova Business Director W.L. "Lin" Godsey said the new identity reflects "our reenergized commitment to the many global markets that we serve."
