BETHESDA, Md. — The Adhesive and Sealant Council, Inc. (ASC), has postponed the 2003 Adhesive and Sealant Leadership Summit (ASLS). Originally scheduled for June 22-24, 2003, this executive retreat will instead take place on June 20-22, 2004, and will remain at the Sofitel Mandelieu Royal Casino in Cannes, France.
BETHESDA, Md. — The Adhesive and Sealant Council, Inc. (ASC), has postponed the 2003 Adhesive and Sealant Leadership Summit (ASLS). Originally scheduled for June 22-24, 2003, this executive retreat will instead take place on June 20-22, 2004, and will remain at the Sofitel Mandelieu Royal Casino in Cannes, France.
With the military action in the Middle East, a number of ASLS registrants expressed their uneasiness in traveling internationally and noted that many companies have placed restrictions on all business travel. Since a large part of the value of the meeting is in bringing industry executives together to build business relationships, the ASC decided to postpone the meeting in its entirety until concerns can be alleviated.
