Advanced Applied Adhesives (AAA) has announced the addition of Jessica Paje as Production Sales and Administration manager. In this position, Paje is responsible for all aspects of inside sales and marketing administration, including customer service and marketing communications. Prior to joining the company, Paje was employed by Quantum Materials, Inc. (QMI) where she served as a Team Leader for SAP, an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system focused on sales and distribution functions. Paje was responsible for ensuring all aspects of Contract Review were compliant with ISO 9001 and that Total Customer Satisfaction principles were employed. Later, as Marketing Analyst, Paje was responsible for pricing, forecasts and overseeing On-Time Delivery, achieving a performance level above 99.5%.
