While there may still be snow on the ground as I write this, Spring is in the air. With the changing of seasons and warmer weather on the horizon comes a fresh new beginning. We’re starting the new season off with a variety of great new editorial.
This month marks the debut of a new feature from Bayer MaterialScience, “Q&A About Polyurethane.” Dr. Jeffrey F. Dormish, Technical manager, Business Development Group, Bayer MaterialScience LLC, and his team of experts will answer questions from readers and help improve green strength and heat resistance, or adjust the reactivity of an adhesive, as well as provide solutions to improve the tensile strength, elongation, and UV stability of a sealant. Questions regarding contact bonding and laminating with polychloroprene can be addressed as well.
Dormish is responsible for the development of new adhesive and sealant applications, and leads the Aromatic Prepolymer Technology Platform Group at Bayer.
