Wednesday morning begins with a General Breakfast and Keynote in the Ballroom. Dwight Tozer, vice president of ExxonMobil Chemical Co.’s Adhesion Industry business, will discuss “Revitalizing the Hot Melt Adhesive Industry through Technology and Innovation.” The rise in middle-class population across the globe is expected to boost hot-melt adhesive (HMA) demand and generate higher-than-average GDP growth in the foreseeable future. Tozer will provide a global perspective on HMA-market feedstocks and will discuss how HMA raw material producers can leverage technology and innovation across all parts of the supply chain.

Morning Education Sessions take place from 9:15 a.m.-noon, with sessions on Business Development and Market Trends; Technical and Government Regulations; and New Technology and Application.

A General Session Lunch and Keynote is scheduled for noon, where ASC President Matt Croson will present the ASC Update on Long Range Strategic Plan. This session is open to all attendees.

The afternoon commences a number of concurrent ASC committee meetings, followed by afternoon education sessions from 2:45 to 5 p.m. The Business Development and Market Trends track will provide New Industry Market Reports & Market Intelligence; the Technical and Government Regulations session will discuss Recyclability; and the New Technology and Application track will examine an Advanced Technology Link.
