This company has introduced a new line of Fluon^® AH-ETFE adhesive compounds that reportedly can be used for applications requiring unsurpassed conductivity levels, chemical resistance, permeation resistance and protection against static buildup. These compounds can be used for automotive; chemical, oil and gas; and industrial applications. When manufactured with Fluon AH-ETFE, components such as liquid lines, vapor lines, fuel tanks and filler necks reportedly exhibit outstanding performance in any construction.

The melt processable copolymer comprises tetrafluoroethylene and ethylene. When compounded with additives that promote adhesion, the compounds reportedly contribute to improved performance, extended life and exceptional mechanical strength.
