Bostik Completes Acquisition of XL Brands

Bostik recently announced it has completed the acquisition of XL Brands, a provider of floor covering adhesives in the U.S. With this acquisition, which reportedly complements the acquisition of CMP in May 2017, Arkema reportedly actively pursues the development of Bostik, which should exceed one third of the group’s sales by 2023.
