A circular economy is defined as restorative and regenerative, and intends to keep products, components, and materials at their highest utility and value at all times, writes Philip Bruce, secretary general of FEICA. While the adhesives and sealants industry has adopted the concept and considers circularity as the best-practice approach for the end-of-life phase of products, he writes, minimizing environmental impacts along the life cycle in the entire value chain should be a priority. Happily, 70% of respondents indicated that they are highly satisfied with their current job. For those wanting more, higher pay was a factor that 37% said would make them more satisfied in their job, while 30% indicated that company communication surrounding the organization’s vision could be better.
