FLEXcon Co. Inc. recently announced that Charles (Chuck) Hughley will serve as the new vice president of human resources for FLEXcon North America.

“Chuck comes to FLEXcon with more than 20 years in the field of human capital management,” said Lavon Winkler, FLEXcon North America president. “He is an accomplished leader who has proven experience with a range of global companies, overseeing organizational development at a variety of levels.”

Hughley most recently served as vice president of human resources, operational excellence, and communication at Fincantieri Marine Group in DePere, Wisc. In his new role, Hughley will reportedly shape, lead and execute FLEXcon’s people systems strategy for its North American workforce of approximately 800 employees.
