The Forbo Holding Ltd. board of directors has appointed Andreas Jaeger chief financial officer of Forbo Group and a member of the executive board. He will take up his new position on January 1, 2021, replacing Urs Uehlinger, who will leave the company.

Jaeger has a solid financial background, having worked for many years in international industrial companies. He most recently served as corporate controller at Geberit for about five years. Prior to that, he held various finance positions at Holcim for 10 years. He is a Swiss certified public accountant with advanced training in business administration and international business law.

Uehlinger will leave Forbo by February 28, 2021, in order to take up new challenges outside the group. The board of directors reports that it thanks him for the work he has done and wishes him the best for the future.
