R.E. Carroll Inc. has announced the acquisition of RHD Polymer and Chemical LLC, effective February 1, 2023. R.E Carroll is a 97-year-old privately held company based in Ewing, New Jersey. The company distributes raw materials and petroleum products used in the adhesives and sealants, coatings, and rubber industries from its six warehouse facilities located in Dalton, Georgia; Elizabeth New Jersey; Ennis, Texas; Ewing, New Jersey; and Kent, Ohio.

RHD Polymer and Chemical LLC, established in 2002, is a privately held company based in Louisville, Kentucky, serving the elastomer and plastics industries with specialty elastomers and additives. RHD Polymer and Chemical will continue to operate as a subsidiary of R.E. Carroll Inc. for the immediate future.
