Henkel has acquired the South Africa-based Nordbak, a specialist provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) solutions with a strong foothold in mining, infrastructure, and industrial segments.

BASF has finalized the purchase of DOMO Chemicals’ 49% share in the Alsachimie joint venture, making BASF the sole owner.

APPLIED Adhesives has completed its acquisitions of HG Adhesive Dispensing and BTmix, both located in Carson City, Nevada.
