Hexion Holdings Corp. recently announced that, as a result of its ongoing strategic review, it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its epoxy-based Coatings and Composite businesses.

I always love putting together our annual sustainability issue. It’s inspiring and invigorating to see the industry’s exploration of the broad scope of activities we can engage in to address sustainability.
