RadTech, the Association for Ultraviolet and Electron Beam Technologies, announced that Mike Bonner of Saint Clair Systems Inc. has assumed the role of president for a two-year term. Bonner succeeds Michael Gould of Rahn USA, who has completed his term as president and will continue to serve as immediate past president. Todd Fayne of PepsiCo has been elected as president-elect and will assume office as president on January 1, 2027.
RadTech also welcomed the following individuals, elected by RadTech membership, as new members of the Board of Directors:

- Mike Sajdak, INX International
- Craig Bushman, Multi-Color Corp.
- Oliver Hamann, Miltec
- Adrian Lungu, DuPont
RadTech also thanked the outgoing board members for their dedication and contributions during their terms. These included the following:
