The ChemQuest Group, a global consulting firm specializing in strategy, technology, market intelligence, and M&A for the specialty materials industry, has named Roudabeh (Rudi) Heshmatazad as a director.

Heshmatazad brings over 25 years of experience in innovation, product development, and business growth across consumer goods, coatings, and specialty materials. Her career includes leadership roles at BEHR Paint Co., Bosch Home Appliances, and Delta Faucet, as well as founding RAIRE Chocolate, a premium nutraceutical brand. She holds a chemistry degree from Azad Tehran University, an MBA from DeVry University, and a business strategy certification from Harvard Business School Online.
