Tremco Inc., Beachwood, OH, recently named Randall J. Korach as president and chief operating officer. During his 12 years with the company, Korach has held various operational and management positions. He most recently served as president of Tremco’s Global Sealants Division, a post he held for three years.

Charles O. Houk has been named division president of Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing after serving as vice president and general manager of the division since 2004. Houk joined Tremco in 1986 as a technical service representative and has held various sales and marketing positions of increasing responsibility during his 23 years with the company.

And Moorman L. Scott, Jr. has been named division president of the Euclid Chemical Co. Scott joined Euclid Chemical in 1984 and held various marketing and engineering positions with the company before assuming the role of executive vice president in 1997. Prior to joining the company, Scott worked with Master Builders, M.L. Scott & Sons and Jones & Laughlin Steel.
