Two new threadlocker products are available that have achieved an MSDS health rating of 1. Loctite® 2400NA(TM) and Loctite 2700NA(TM) threadlockers have been formulated to enhance occupational health and safety by eliminating allergic skin, CMR, and Prop 65 hazards. Designed for locking and sealing threaded fasteners, these products can provide uncompromised chemical and thermal performance.

2400NA blue threadlocker is a medium-strength, general-purpose formulation used on fasteners from 1/4-in. to 3/4-in. (6-20 mm) in diameter. This removable strength product can allow fasteners to be disassembled using standard hand tools.

2700NA red threadlocker is a high-strength, general-purpose formulation used on fasteners up to 3/4-in. (20 mm) in diameter. It is recommended for permanent assembly and requires localized heat and hand tools for removal.
