PRE-TEC recently announced that Shawn Loftus has joined the company as sales engineer, Robotics. He will serve as the link between customers and PRE-TEC’s engineering group, and will be based in Ohio.

“The addition of Shawn’s 20+ years of experience in the robotic industry will be a real benefit to the PRE-TEC Division,” said Rufus Burton, sales manager. “His initial experience with robots was gained while working with Motoman Robotics, one of the industry’s leading original equipment manufacturers. More recently, Shawn has had the opportunity to broaden his background by serving in various assignments for robotic integrators, most recently with a packaging systems house located in Spokane.”
