Creative Materials Inc. recently announced the acquisition of Noelle Industries, a manufacturer of encapsulants, potting compounds, adhesives and coatings.

Key Noelle staff will reportedly move to Creative Materials’ Ayer, Mass., facilities, and manufacturing operations will be combined. Noelle will continue to offer the same products and services; Noelle Industries will operate as a division of Creative Materials.

“There will be considerable synergies in the acquisition of Noelle,” said Matthew Ganslaw, vice president of sales. “It will allow us to offer a broader product line to our existing customers and, in addition, we will be able to offer Noelle customers access to the Creative Materials product line.”

“Creative Materials has retained the Noelle management and staff to allow for a seamless transition and continuity of the Noelle production and technical developments,” said Joe Morano, vice president of technical operations.
