Specialty chemicals company LANXESS announced that it has completed the sale of its Urethane Systems business to Japanese UBE Corp.

RPM International Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Star Brands Group, the UK-based parent company of The Pink Stuff, for its Rust-Oleum subsidiary. 

Sika recently announced it has fully acquired HPS North America Inc., a supplier of building finishing materials located in the United States.

Sika has acquired Cromar Building Products, a supplier of roofing systems in the UK that mainly serves its customers through the distribution channel. 

As part of its portfolio optimization in the Consumer Brands business, announced in February 2022, Henkel signed an agreement to sell its Retailer Brands business in North America to an affiliate of First Quality Enterprises LLC. 

Matrix Adhesives Group, a North American adhesive and sealant solution partner, has acquired ROMAN Products LLC.

Univar Solutions LLC recently announced it has acquired UK-based Brad-Chem Holdings and its affiliated entities, which includes the acquisition of Brad-Kem, the joint venture co-owned by Brad-Chem and its partner, DEM, based in Belgium. 

Sika has acquired Elmich Pte Ltd, a leading supplier of urban greening systems headquartered in Singapore. 

Meridian Adhesives Group recently announced the acquisition of an adhesive specialist and one-stop service provider in Thailand.

ADNOC, the largest oil producer in the United Arab Emirates, has successfully gained control of 91.3% of outstanding Covestro shares.
