Since 2015, JUST Capital has surveyed more than 160,000 Americans on what issues they believe U.S. companies should prioritize when it comes to just business behavior. JUST evaluated 951 companies across five stakeholders, 20 issues, and 245 raw data points to produce the 2023 rankings.

Henkel has launched a new dual-cure adhesive specifically designed for bonding applications in automotive ADAS cameras and LiDAR modules. Using a unique UV cationic thermal dual-cure epoxy, Loctite Ablestik NCA 3218 offers a solution for applications such as lens barrel-to-housing and lens housing-to-circuit board bonding.

The first two products in the new Ti-Pure™ Sustainability series include Ti-Pure TS-6300 and Ti-Pure TS-6200. Both are existing grades specifically designed to empower coatings formulators to create high-quality, long-lasting products that reduce material consumption and CO₂ emissions.

Since 2017, Orion has disclosed its climate-related performance through CDP. Until now, the company has received a “C” score, indicating an awareness level of engagement. CDP says companies with a “B” score have reached the management level.

Following an in-depth assessment by EcoVadis, Archroma further improved its score by four points (from 78/100 to 82/100). The company says the improvement is due to its ongoing efforts in sustainable procurement, focusing on supply chain transparency and best practice sharing with suppliers and industry peers.

Covestro received the highest possible grade A in four out of 10 categories. Covestro's overall score makes it one of 24% of companies in the chemical industry peer group that received such a rating, and rates it higher than the average for this group, which is B-.

CDP uses a detailed and independent methodology to assess these companies, allocating a score of A to D, based on the comprehensiveness of disclosure, awareness, and management of environmental risks, and demonstration of best practices associated with environmental leadership, such as setting ambitious and meaningful targets.

Ten companies from the chemical industry and respective downstream sectors got together to test the digital system. Circularise’s blockchain-based digital system was tested with the ISCC PLUS certification to make auditing of certified parties more efficient, and to strengthen the integrity of certified data.
