BLUESIL™ ESA 8352 A&B from Elkem ASA’s Silicones division is a two-component adhesive designed to meet the exacting demands of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in industrial environments. Curing at room temperature, the product combines advanced self-bonding technology with outstanding thermal resistance to ensure robust assemblies, even in harsh conditions. With a handling time of about half an hour / between 25 to 30 min , BLUESIL ESA 8352 A&B improves manufacturing of the HVAC units. Certified UL 94 HB for flammability resistance, the adhesive withstands continuous temperatures up to 180 °C (356 °F), with peaks reaching 220 °C (428 °F). It adapts to complex geometries and works seamlessly with precise dosing systems, helping manufacturers achieve consistent results and reduce defects.
