ASC Issues Call for Speakers for 2027 Annual Convention

The Adhesive and Sealant Council (ASC) has issued a call for speakers for its 2027 Annual Convention, which is taking place April 19-21, 2027, in Tampa, Florida. Additionally, the ASC is seeking speakers for its Polyurethane and Formulation Short Course, which will be co-located with the 2027 Annual Convention and EXPO.
Proposed presentations for the convention should feature original research, case studies, technical insights, or other developments relating to the adhesives and sealants industry. Suggested topics include: digitalization; end-use applications such as packaging, transportation, batteries/fuel cells, electronics, building envelope, wood, footwear, and specialty applications; product development, including emerging technologies in polyurethane systems, epoxies, acrylics, silicones, and hybrid technologies; regulatory developments, including global, federal and state regulatory developments; supply chain and market updates; sustainable practices and developments; and new product introduction (this is reserved for confirmed exhibiting companies).
Abstracts are due on or before Friday, December 11, 2026. They must be in English and no more than 500 words. Abstracts should include the presenter name, job title, company affiliation, presentation title, a presentation description of 75 words or less, a personal biography of 50 words or less, and a speaker headshot. Proposals will undergo peer review, with selected speakers expected to be invited by January 8.
