Dow recently announced that it has reached an agreement for the divestiture of its Acetone Derivatives business to Altivia Ketones & Additives, LLC, an affiliate of Altivia, a privately held producer of chemicals headquartered in Houston, Texas.
The companies continue to expect a closing in the late summer of 2019.

Both AGM and Duralar are currently headquartered in Tucson, Ariz.; Duralar will be relocated into the AGM headquarters facility by the end of the year.
